We drove 25 minutes from Apple valley for a max 3 minute wait. Best service and experience at an ER ever. Nurses were extremely caring, attentive and professional. My daughter was so afraid walking in, but by the time the intake was complete, she was far less afraid. Fairview can learn a lot from this place.

I have come here quite a bit, and today was the worst every. I'm here with my 18 month old with a fever of 102.2, and we are the only ones here. 1 hour and 20 mins between nurse and doctor. What in the world.....

My Father was admitted through your ER on Tuesday, May 2nd. He received excellent care from all the staff they encountered. He stayed until Friday, May 5th and was released to TCU. Because of the poor care and traumatic event that too place there, he was taken back to ER. We were called by ER staff that he was there. We went down to get him released into our care. The employees we encountered, the nurse and physician were excellent!!! We can not thank you enough. Our Father was returned to a peaceful state because your staff understood what he was going through. Please let them know how grateful we are and will always be for their care. Great hospital and great staff.

I’d love to talk to the owner of this place and tell him how horrible of a person he is, been waiting HOURS to get seen and my boyfriend has chest pain and has been throwing up all day. Definitely do not come here make the trip to Woodbury or Inever grove this is the worst place you could go or send someone,I’m all for we need as many health care works as possible but it’s gotten to the point they are hiring the meanest and rudest people alive that would much rather put u out in the open and tell everyone to get out of the way instead of finding a different way to go. Just had some nurse throw my boyfriend around because she couldn’t figure out how to get her patient out of a room. Do better .id love to know who Tracy the RAs boss is because she should be in a lot of trouble too like how are these people allowed to stick an iv in when they can’t even answer ur questions

The care I received this year was careless, proper tests were not run, my chest pain wasn’t fixed and they told me “it’s just Covid get used to it and stop whining “ ended up needing to see a cardiologist after they decided to ignore my issues, went somewhere else that actually decided to figure out what was wrong.

Worse hospital we have ever been to. My 5 yr old daughter was very sick and dehydrated and I had to basically demand that they give her IV fluids and test her for influenza as the doctor didn’t want to do either for her! This is the most joke hospital in the twin cities area! Do yourself a favor and go to the Urgency Room or ANY other ER hospital than this one! Never ever will I go there again even if my life depended on it!

I came in with a broken collarbone. and they actuated told me to go home I would be OK and the next day it hurts so bad I went back and asked to see the X-ray and I could clearly see that there was a broken collar bone. Not recommended

Not sure why they have so many bad reviews, the staff and care team were wonderful.
