I've had nothing but positive experiences with Nystrom and Associates. Scheduling is a piece of cake and I was able to get into my initial appointment within 2 weeks. My appointments are done through telehealth so I never have to leave the comfort of my home. My provider, Victoria N., has helped me so much! You should definitely set up an appointment here! ☺️

Not sure how the overall company has a rating of less than two stars but Hugo doesn’t? Maybe my review will improve the accuracy of the Hugo location. My past two appointments were cancelled hours before they were scheduled. No explanation. My next appointment in a week has also been cancelled with no explanation. Simply stating that the provider is out of the office (I sense a pattern) is not an explanation. The last cancellation had been on a date that I had already made arrangements to delay a licensing process that I now have to wait until December to make up. My recommendation? Find a company that has more interest than your insurance provider. Note to self. Did Nystrom submit a bill to my insurance provider? 6-27-2023 HEY GUESS WHAT?My appointment, which is scheduled within 2 1/2 hours, WAS CANCELLED AGAIN!!! 7-6-23 at 4:31 pm I get a call from them again. I was outside doing chores and NO VOICEMAIL message was left. 7-10-23 at 4:31 another call and again, NO MESSAGE. No one answered my call backs on the sixth. Today I was able to leave a message for Dr Dressel to call me back tomorrow………..

The people are so nice and helpful. The nurse on hand really worked with me. She stayed on the line till we got results. I am very satisfied with the whole group.

2 starts because, the doctors are amazing. Who’s not amazing are the front desk staff that don’t take calls properly, and are forwarding themselves documents instead of to the proper doctor. They are terrible with communication, and don’t work in a timely manner when you have time sensitive documents and the doctor doesn’t get them until the day they are due because someone in your staff sent the documents to THEMSELVES and not to the proper doctor to fill out. It is not JUST this location. All the interactions we have had with this company have been back and forth too many times. You’re supposed to have competent trained people, knowing what they’re doing with this information because you could end up getting a HIPAA violation. Please give your staff more proper training.
