What a joke. I was paying for my son's Alcohol assessment but didn't get the payment in time as I was at another appointment and called them to pay it 5 minutes too late. I then paid them at that time. But they would not see him (virtual visit) and told him they needed to reschedule for Monday. So I called back and told them he needs the assessment today. Then told me again that I need to pay which I already did. But I did get them to rescheduled another virtual visit for 3:00 that day but the audio wasn't working so they said he has to come to the office and do a virtual visit there.So I took him to the Hutchinson office the next morning and lo and behold they asked me for a payment again! Really? How many times are you going to ask for a payment? Then they told me the assessment would take two hours. One hour later my son called me and said he was done. He said the assessor came on camera with a towel wrapped around her head (real professional) and the whole time she was yawning. Sorry he bored you with his troubled life. They were more concerned about the money then they were about him. Since I paid for two hours and you only seen him for one hour, I should get half my money back. I wish I would have looked at the reviews before I went there. I don't see a lot of 5 stars.

Now after 3 years Amber tryed saying luci didn't need therapy and magically 2 weeks later said she can't see my daughter anymore. I think that rather suspicious. And than goes on to say I need therapy because I'm a single parent. If I where you I would honestly find a different therapist for your child. Also she bring her own personal issues of divorce and losing a child into the session. Thanks for making my daughter feel like she does. I hope you look for a different therapist.

My daughter goes here and 3 times no one has told me that the therapist would be out of the office and it's 45 min one way. If you want to not waste money and time and get perfessional services go else where. I have a video of the last incident

Horrible service, I called and left messages multiple times and never have received a single call in return. Now I face legal action because of it. Worthless

Absolutely work not recommend going here or any Nystroms and associates. There policies are completely based on making money and billing the insurance company! I went into the office for 2 days straight trying to get them to filling out county assistance paperwork for me to continue to receive assistance and because I missed 3 appointments there refused to sign my paperwork and was giving me every excuse in the world why they couldn't.....

Great place for therapy. I would recommend to anyone looking for support during times of need or while sorting out life's ups and downs. Nystrom Is a big help.
