I was very pleased with my appointment with Dr. Saxena and her team! They very knowledgeable; they all were professional and put me at ease with my visit. Everyone in that office did a great job! I would highly recommend Dr. Saxena and the My Dermatologist clinic.

Dr. Saxena and her entire staff are fabulous and couldn't recommend them more highly. She is always ready to answer questions that you may have and explains everything very thoroughly.

Saw Dr. Saxena on 2 diff. visits before I received a bill which was a huge mistake. Price gouging at its finest. Her billing amounts lead me to think she is just seeing how much the insurance companies will overpay her. I went in for 2 small treatments(less than 10 min/visit) for which she charged $472. On the first visit I asked her about a small bump on my arm and she looked at it for 5 sec and said its nothing. For this she charged $146 on top of the treatment amount acc to her billing dept.

There is no question as to why Malinee Saxena is rated as one of the Twin Cities best Cosmotologists.

My first visit was for a spot on my nose that would bleed & then scab once in a while. Dr. Saxena found the problem skin toned area & it was diagnosed as basal cell carcinoma. The staff arranged in a extremely timely manner for the Mohr procedure. (Which through no fault of anyone, took longer as the cells were deeper than first thought). Healed well and the surgeon, Dr Shaffer, had a good sense of humor & technique. Later had another spot that bled similar to the first issue and Dr. Saxena worked on that until it proved to be not cancer related. Ive been seeing this Dr at the Eagan location for a number of years and this year during my annual check-up Dr. Saxena found a not so good looking mole, but small in size, located right in the middle of my back. (Who is going to see that)? It was pre-cancerous melanoma, much to my surprise. So, I continue my care with Dr. Saxena & staff. Wait time has never been an issue during appointments, issues are explained well & care is 100%. I would not consider going anywhere else, as I am just that happy with their clinic & services. Book ahead the last piece I'll add, but once in the system, good to go!

Dr Saxena does an excellent job of diagnosis. I went in for an unusual mole which turned out to be fine. While I was there she noticed another mole which I thought was fine. She was concerned. Turned out to be melanoma. She helped me understand treatment options, has followed up with me for five years and I am cancer free. If she had not noticed this other mole while I was there I may not have been diagnosed until it was too late.

Overall Dr. Saxenna is excellent. She caught 8 skin cancers on me and I received good treatment. Its hard to get in to see her and office staff didn't notify me when she cancelled an appointment that was frustrating since ended up taking off work for nothing.Also she ended up biopsing a bug bite on my wife which ended up costing us $600 out of pocket
