List of Mayo Clinic Health System's Reviews
The clinic staff tries hard and is helpful. The Ed staff is great and works hard. The low star rating reflective the organization they are run by and how Mayo approaches, designs, and implements rural healthcare. The staff here try damn hard but their organization ties their hands and practice. Down to one star.
My review is for my physical therapist, Brandon Voth. I’ve had many sessions with him and I am still currently in therapy with him for a total knee replacement. The treatment he gives me is excellent! Not only is the treatment excellent, but the atmosphere of kindness and reassurance he gives me helps me heal emotionally as well. It is a blessing that the day I called to make my first physical therapy appointment they paired me with him!
Either no one answers their phone in the Care Center or when you are transferred no one answers the phone or their voice mail. They are supposed to be caring for people; aren't their emotional needs also important? I am so frustrated with this facility I wouldn't take my dog there. Where is their kindness and compassion; certainly not at the Care Center.
Yikes! If this is healthcare, we are not in good hands... Multiple things going on here that scream they don't give a dang, just here for the paycheck.
Lack of care for patients, no one listens till how patient actually feels, went to er got told one thing and basically got laughed at, seen a different hospital, when you're physicians call a bone a tendon from an xray there's a problem
I have a family member at the Mayo system nursing home in Lake City. Here there are lots of administrators and too few care givers. It seems the caregivers are always running behind schedule for bathing, feeding or other assistance. They are filled to capacity but don’t have the staff to provide the care.
So my aunt went to check her babies that are due in February. But anyway there was a complication and the doctor checked for something he wasn’t supposed to check for, then he asked a weird question about “if the father of the babies was black” like why does it matter if he’s white, he coulda been purple, yellow, orange, green or any other color and it wouldn’t have changed a thing!!!! Now cause of the weird questions he asked my auntie afraid her babies gon be taken😡😡 THAT BEHAVIOR FROM THE DOCTOR WAS UNACCEPTABLE AND RUDE I DONT CARE WHAT ANYONE SAYS!!! And if I could leave a -5 star rating I would!
As a healthcare professional I was appalled at the treatment my father received in the ER in Lake City. He was misdiagnosed & fortunately we caught the mistake ourselves.
I never had a real problem going here I will say this sometimes u do wait in line at the clinic but for the Er they are pretty good at getting you in and out in a quick fashion
Mi dr muy bueno

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
