Dr. Schmiesing replaced both of my hips this year. He's kind, he listens, and he's an AMAZING surgeon. The pain after surgery was very minimal with no complications. I'm looking forward to a much better quality of life with my new hips. Not sure why I waited so long! Thank you Dr. Schmiesing!

Saw Dr Schmiesing about knee pain I had for over 6 wks. He was so pleasant; not what I was expecting. Left with a shot inthe knee & the next morning I woke with no pain! Why did I wait so long? Thank you Andrew!

I broke my elbow this past summer and received fantastic care from Dr. Schmiesing and the entire Twin Cities Orthopedics team. Nearly six months after surgery, I'm back to doing all of the activities I had done before. The entire process was incredibly smooth and Dr. Schmiesing is kind and direct with all pre and post-op procedures. My broken elbow is now healed with a barely a scar to show. Very glad to know him and would recommend him highly.

Excellent care. Dr. Schmiesing fixed my broken elbow good as new with barely a scar to show. Nearly six months later, my flexation is great and I'm just shy of full extension. Follow his and the OT recommends and you'll get there. I always felt informed of next steps and appreciated his direct/facts-not-feelings approach that he always delivered with kindness. Highly recommend.

I had a great experience! I was very nervous about the tibial plateau fracture, and the rehab following it. I knew that it was hard to come-back from that. He was very reassuring, while respecting my hesitation and concerns. I would recommend him to anyone!
