Dr Tolan is Amazing. I walked in on our initial meeting feeling helpless, the first rhinoplasty I had with a DIFFERENT surgeon at a different clinic was botched. Dr Tolan was clear, concise, came up with a plan and executed it 100%. The whole team is amazing. I feel so much more confidant and full of gratitude towards Dr. Tolan and his staff. Highly recommend.

I too have had horrible care from Dr. Tolan. His staff at the Metropolitan on France (Suzanne St James and Holly Kane) damaged my face with their lasers and then he did nothing to fix it even though other doctors have said that it is his responsibility to fix what he damaged. It's typical protocol for doctors to try to fix any damage they may have created. He doesn't take any responsibility for mistakes made, ruined my face and ruined my life. He shouldn't be allowed to practice and the Metropolitan on France that he "medically directs" should be closed. Completely abhorrent treatment and outcomes.

I have been a patient of Dr. Tolan for over ten years, he is a very skilled doctor, he performed a very complicated nose surgery, neck lift, and forehead lift. He is down to earth and easy to talk with. I would definitely recommend him to anyone wanting an excellent ENT, or facial plastic surgeon!

I was referred by my dermatologist to Dr. Tolan and he agreed to see me same day. I needed reconstruction after surgery to remove skin cancer. He was extremely punctual. He even came out to the waiting room himself to call me back to exam room. Within minutes, I knew he is the very best at what he does. Very professional, educational, and confident. Additionally, he was very friendly and compassionate and made a very difficult day of surgery much better. Instead of just a consultation, he proposed that he perform the procedure right then so as to get better results and save me another trip to the office and more time off of work. He worked quickly and kept me relaxed. The nurse that assisted was also wonderful. After we were done, we exited and I realized that the clinic was closed and he and the nurse had in fact stayed late to do my procedure. I could not be more grateful to dr. Tolan for making such a kind gesture. He is one of a kind. I am forever grateful.

Waited for 1/2 hour in reception after scheduled appointment time, waited another 45 minutes in the exam room, and then told Dr. Tolan had left for an emergency surgery. Came back later that week as rescheduled. Dr. Tolan took an emergency phone call as my exam started, then returned to complete the examination. Then he had to take another emergency phone again interupting my examination, and basically never returned to the exam room leaving myself and his assistaant sitting there. I literally had to ask his assistant if he was returning to the exam room or not...? I was there for a serious facial/throat reconstructive issue and he suggested "biofeedback" as a treatment for me and reffered me back to my primary Physician. Yes, really. Office is full of attractive women seeking his botox, liposuction, Juviderm and breast work though, no reconstructive help for the turly medically needy of course. Don't waste your time with Dr. Tolan.

I had a facial uplift and have been extremly pleased with the results. Dr. Tolan and his staff took time to explain the procedure, the pros and cons, the risks and what to expect after surgery. I would highly recommend Dr. Tolan.

Dr Tolan performed deep facial mole removal for me in his office, after 2 consults where I peppered him with questions about more than just my moles (I had resurfacing and injection questions, wanted to get his opinion on what he thought was best for my skin type). Not at any time did I feel like I was bothering or annoying him. He's very honest, kind, personable, patient, reassuring and knowledgeable. He would only remove 3-4 moles at a time to make sure I healed well, to be more discreet and to reduce infection and complication risk, unlike another doctor who wanted to take off 12 (which is extreme in my case) at once with no thought of my comfort and embarrassment. I really appreciate his professionalism and compassionate care. The only down side is several of his staff are a little cold and talk/laugh to each other instead of focusing on patients while in the room - they just don't match his high level of warmth, care and skill. I am going back to him - the results of my 2 deepest moles being removed were amazing, better than I had hoped for!

Highly recommend. Performed excellent surgery and very nice person.
