Dr Hart was fine, but your medical records people aren't. They had a date down that I supposedly had a colonoscopy and it was completely untrue. I gave Dr Hart a list of my current prescriptions, but afterward my medical records file showed some RXs that I never had and don't recognize and some that I had years ago that I am not taking now. His nurse did phone me after I sent an email about this and she said that she would correct the errors in my records. I find making such errors, when dealing with my health, is beyond unacceptable.

Dr. Hart was wonderful. He was extremely personable and fully explained the biopsy procedure, which put me at ease. He called me within 2 days to tell me the results. I asked a number of questions and he answered all of them to my satisfaction. I highly recommend him.

He seems like a nice guy, and he gave me a cream and antibiotic that worked for my problem. But when I saw him, he promised to put in the prescription order the same day I saw him, and he didn’t. I had to call his office twice to get it done and I didn’t get the prescriptions until the next day. So I suffered some unnecessary pain because the doctor and his staff did not act quickly. I don’t think I’d go back to him. I much preferred the PA Monica who I saw on the follow-up.

Dr. Heart is Amazing!! He ofcourse is Very knowledgeable, but he is also funny, and very kind! He LITERALLY saved my life! The staff and all the Dr's at MN Urology are incredible! I have been under their care for about a year now and things are going exactly how they should! If you have ANY sort of issue dealing with urology I HIGHLY recommend MN Urology!
