Heather R Krueger's Online Review Report Card

Dr. Krueger has been my family physician for several years. She has always taken time to listen to what I have to say and asks many questions in order to treat me. I have recently been sick for over a week and didn't know if it was Covid, pneumonia, bronchitis, or a cold. I was able to get an appointment the next day by going online at Allina's Lakeville website. I was also able to pay my copay and fill out all the paperwork they needed online, which made checking in very easy. She is by far the best doctor I have had and would highly recommend her!

I and my children have been seeing Dr. Krueger for years. She is simply fantastic!

Dr. Krueger is a great family doctor. After many years of struggling with my health and seeing many specialists she sat down and listened to me. I never feel rushed, she takes the time to explain how and why and gives options. She doesn't just write scripts and send me on my way. She sees me as a whole and not just my condition, helping to make changes in every aspect of my life to reach my goals. She's honest and real, doesn't sugar-coat things yet respectful and caring. Great follow-up care.

I went in for routine blood work and was charged as a level three patient. The appointment was 15 min and cost me 200$. I called the office manager to reevaluate the charge and Dr.Krueger would not approve a lesser amount. I had gone in for the same work a year ago and was charged much less. Inconsistent billing and unethical coding.

I went in for a 15 min visit and ended up being coded as a level 3 patient resulting in a 200$ office fee. I called and asked for a second look at the charge and Dr.Krueger would not recode my visit. I will be searching for a doctor that ethically codes patients, and I think anyone reading this should follow suit. There are plenty of good doctors in the area.

I have had a thyroid problem and have had a sore neck for a couple of years. The last time I went to see her my neck pains were getting really bad along with multiple symptoms the response I got was "do you color your hair"? Stop taking your thyroid meds! I have a long history of cancer in my family and had told her this a few different times. I finally got her to set me up for an ultrasound of my neck. A cystic nodule and a solid nodule were found on my thyroid. no follow-up!

After my doctor retired I had a very hard time trying to find another doctor that I trusted......then I met Dr. Krueger. She is a wonderful doctor, she's intelligent, she always gives treatment options, and she's a nice person. I'm so grateful that I found her.

Dr Kruger expressed a real concern about my need to exercise to get fit and healthy again. As a result, I did join a health club and hired a personal trainer who worked with me for about 2 years. I am 30 lbs lighter, have amazing toned muscles, and a healthier life-style. Fast food and I are now enemies!
