Almost all night shift staff are rude and don’t care about what you need. One of the worst places to visit in the case of an emergency.

By far the best experience ever! We had our first baby here a few days ago C Section. This was after Saint Cloud wasn’t able to get us in. We called Little Falls Hospital Monday and they had us in and taken care of Thursday morning. Every single person involved from start to finish was absolutely AMAZING!!!! They were all so caring and attentive. They even took care of our baby during the night so we could get some rest. Myself, my Husband and our baby Walker can’t thank the staff enough!!! ❤️❤️ We are forever grateful for you! We will always return to this Hospital moving forward! My mother had foot surgery recently and the kindness and friendliness from nurses Carolyn and Kathleen were wonderful. They made us all feel at ease. Two of the BEST nurses!

If you want a ride nurse come here! I sent a patient in from ltc, I asked for an update and the charge nurse “just didn’t have time” and was “being assertive “ (being short) on the phone. Literally all I needed to know is if my patient was being admitted or coming back at the end of my shift and this assertiveness was uncalled for especially when he had already spent 4 hours there. Just trying to collaborate as a team in healthcare but looks like this nurse is not a team player when it comes to her patients.

Disappointed with care. I needed glass removed from my hand and stitches. Instead I got my hand glued and sent home with shards of glass in my hand. The glue on my wound slid off with my first handwashing. I had the shards of glass removed by a provider I work for days later. Not excited for my $1,340.29 bill either

Not happy when me and my mom were told that my dad was being transferred to abbit Thursday night and Friday morning the dr told my mom he didn't know why we were told that but it's ok where he is now there geting to the bottom of why he's sick don't go to this hospital onless you don't care about ur health

Very impressed with the care I received and the quality medical staff. The team involved in my care could not be better. Super friendly, very professional, all went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and cared for. I would highly recommend and I’ll certainly return for care here.

We are from out of town and had an unexpected stay at the hospital last weekend (Oct 21-24) for 3 nights with our 4 year old daughter for RSV. It was scary, but our care was incredible. Dr. Avery was wonderful! Our RT’s were great also and I felt at ease when they were in the room caring for my daughters breathing issues. Id like to give a huge shout out to our nurse, Shanda, who we were lucky enough to have care for us over the weekend. She was phenomenal and left a huge positive impact on our stay and a lasting impact on our lives ❤️ she went above and beyond for our daughter, along with my husband and I making sure we were comfortable and providing excellent care. I had the most wonderful medical experience for my son in this hospital. The nurses and other staff actually listened to what I said. The doctor found a problem that had been missed by another provider for years in the city. He also started with a process to correct the problem. The change in 2 days in my son was astonishing. I was very impressed with their thoroughness. I highly recommend this facility. Thank you.
