Dr Springer was great! I went for a 2nd opinion on my right elbow, and which, by the first doctor I was told I needed a Surgery without him even taking an x-ray! But Dr. Springer had took an x-ray and found that it is arthritis from being fractured in the past. Wonderful care and knowledgeable. Very satisfied. 🤩
