Dr. Swanson recently performed a total knee replacement for me. From the very beginning he presented himself as an outstanding expert in his field. I felt like I was getting the best and most competent care available. He also took the time to establish a patient relationship so that his recommendations were specific to me and my preferences. Highly recommend!

Dr. Swanson is a blessing to me - He knows about knee pain. I went in for a Cortisone Injection 3 + weeks ago and he also offered a brochure for me to read about the Synvisc-One Injection, which I decided to have done and was done yesterday 6-22-2023. We both know eventually I will need the Knee Replacement Surgery.

Friendly staff and how they really had my best interest and for my hip replacement to be a success. Definitely recommend Dr. Swanson and the river edge staff. Everyone one was a great bunch of people.

I had a hip replacement. Dr Swanson was very straight forward when discussing my condition, options and the process. I was very impressed with Dr. Swanson, OFC, and Ortho Edge Hospital. The complete staff and the whole organization were simply amazing. Every single person was friendly and professional. I truly believe I received the best care possible.

My Wife underwent bilateral hip replacement surgery. From the initial consultation, the surgery, and follow-up, Dr Swanson & his experienced team proved to be the right choice for her. The surgical facility and recovery room were impressive & 1st class. We are from Urbandale IA. My Wife had multiple options for surgery in Iowa. Glad we chose Dr. Swanson at River’s Edge.
