waited almost 2 months for appointment ( hearing ) they called and canceled a week and a half in advance- nobody available.... As a vet with the VA picking up the bill for community care these people dropped appointment due to others paying more. PLEASE understand the medical field is a business and weather you are a Veteran or your insurance will not pay as much as others you will be last unless you are paying on your own.....and of course the costs will be higher than insurance pays. YOU HAVE CHOICES! This is not the only clinic in the area.

I went in with a form from my HR that I needed my physician to fill out so I could qualify for a more flexible work schedule because of my medical issues and my doctor nearly refused to even look at the form. I don’t feel seen or heard at this facility. Yet my psychiatrist totally understood my issue. If you have something viral or bacterial or any other disease that you can see, Mankato clinic will be ok. If you have mental illness, get a referral to the psychiatrist bc the primary care physicians are completely inept in this department even in 2022! I was literally told “I don’t understand why your depression and anxiety is affecting your ability to sleep”.

It's weird that they have a "mask policy " in place, yet everytime I have an early morning appointment none of the staff, nurses, doctors are actually wearing them. Until they notice a patient being around. Yes I have pictures, I'll refrain from posting them yet - but it's time you drop the ridiculous mask rule. Your own staff doesn't believe in them. This happened while I was pregnant in 2020 as well. Makes me feel like I as a patient am less of a person because I have to wear a mask. If my insurance was accepted anywhere else I wouldn't chose this facility.

Lexi front office had an attitude, she wasn’t helpful at all. I waited a whole hour and another 30 mins in the office waiting for the doctor. I had called earlier to find out if I can get in for an x-ray or else I would need to cancel the appointment I was put on hold and told that Doctor Tara would ask for an x-ray and have it completed if I needed it so I kept the appointment. After I saw the doctor she said that she didn’t know anything about an x-ray luckily I was able to get in for an X-ray. However I won’t be coming here again unprofessional and I was lied to.

The providers have always been great, but the billing department is a nightmare. A combination of stupid rules for self pay customers and apparent staff incompetence has driven us to seek care elsewhere.

This clinic is an absolute nightmare of a place. If you can, go to Mayo or drive to another city to get care.They will cancel your appointments day of, then make zero attempt to try and get you in with a different physician for that same day. If they do manage to keep your appointments, they will somehow turn your simple visit into a long drawn out charade. Outside of my current OB/GYN, I have yet to interact with a physician or a general worker that makes me feel welcome here. I can't tell you how many times I have gone to check in for an appointment and the people working seem annoyed that I am there because they were busy chit-chatting with co-workers.I sincerely hope that a different clinic comes to Mankato, and puts this place out of business.

Urgent care was an absolute nightmare. Dr. Sorenson was a terrible provider and dismissed many key indicators of problems. I have now continued care with a professional clinic and do not recommend her nor her co-workers. They write information that is not true and do not seem to have care or compassion. Do not waste your energy or time. You may feel worse then when you started.

My family and I have always had positive experiences with the providers at the Mankato Clinic. The support staff is very helpful. Nurses are great. Lab and xray are very caring

Having to go Urgent care for a covid test seems odd. Also lied about taking my insurance and had to pay completely out of pocket.
