If you truly love the people that you are sending to this ER, send them somewhere else! I had a provider so completely rude to me that I told her to stop treating me like a three-year-old and yelling at me. No one checked me in 45 minutes. No one took vital signs in 45 minutes. No one updated me with a plan in 45 minutes and this provider, Stacy Blank, came in and yelled at me because I told the tech I was ready to go home, and I was done sitting there, because nothing was being done for me. Seriously find somewhere else to go. This medical care is inappropriate. Also, just be aware if you called their patient experience phone number they will pretty much tell you that the provider has every right to yell at you and you just pretty much have to deal with it. Good luck.!
6:00 on a Saturday, sign says the cafeteria is open until 6:30, nope! Food is terrible anyways, so I guess I have to go find my husband something nearby, hopefully. Oh, but let's hope it doesn't either melt or get cold by the time I walk it up to his room that has to be accessed through the emergency dept. I am confused why, when you would think most people visit their loved ones in the hospital on evenings (after 5:00) and weekends, they wouldn't have the main (front) doors open.
Would like to thank all the nurses and staff , made my stay these past 5 days as comfy as possible. Shannon, melissa,Julia, and all on the 4023 block. Thank you.
Dr Kapoor, refuses to take patients seriously who have THC in there system. With 0 tests backing or supporting his claim, he continuously sends people home with no tests other than blood, claiming that “marijuana use” is causing symptoms. Now I dont feel I have a safe hospital to go to, as every time ive had a medical emergency, Kapoor has sent me home with nothing, stating i need to “quit smoking”
Every time you go to the emergency room they gaslight you. If you're on medical assistance and have mental health issues they will only send you out of state over 5 hours away to a shifty place called Prarie st John's who's in it solely for the money and abuses its patients. The social worker named Bailey and another one "forgot " to send psych meds brought in with my 19 year old emotionally stunted and developmentally delayed kid home without returning their meds to them on release and kept laughing at us for being poor without a car. This place needs someone to take over and hire all new people who aren't on a power trip. This is disgusting behavior ableist and classist at its most depraved towards marginalized people.
My wife has a few medical conditions that they refuse to see her about. I feel just because they will not be able to figure out what is causing her conditions/ symptoms. Weak medical system I used to hear good things about in past. Now a days just a joke since they refuse a challenge.
Tried sending me a bill for $500 6 months after I tested, the day after they broke ground and the day after the government said "we won't pay for testing anymore" and the people working there actually Tried arguing with me that the government never said they were gonna pay for covid testing. Bunch of crooks
Such great care while my Mom was in the hospital, thank you thank you thank you❤️❤️
I didn't have to wait long

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
