Outstanding experience with Laura in Mankato! Thank you Laura for taking the time to listen to me and actually take my feelings into account and make sure that my needs were met to the best of your ability! It was nice to not feel as though I was being judged. Also it was nice that you let me be involved in deciding what I need or don’t need in my life, I have had a different experience in the past that left a bad taste in my mouth, you completely changed that. What a valuable asset you are to your company and the mental health world! Thank you for a wonderful experience Nystrom and associates, I truly appreciate your services and will highly recommend you to anyone!!

I have taken my Grandson to Nystrom for years as a teenager he was evaluated and treated well the whole family used to go to his sessions. Until hours changed for his Mom. We went for years on our own. He is an adult now and we use the phone to do our interviews it's convenient and done very well even though our dear provider is sick right now she powered through our appointment and it was great...I cannot think of a better place to go.

I was nervous about switching providers but Nystrom got me in quick even when other places were full/not accepting new patients. Emily Johanneck was genuine and thorough she helped make it a comfortable experience.

I have literally never written a review for anything before but this was one of the WORST experiences I have ever had (hindsight, thankful I turned down a job offer from N&A). Regret not finding another business for testing. Drove two hours expecting a genuinely comprehensive session and testing was short, lacking in components that are usually provided, and not comprehensive. Clinician book result session 5 WEEKS out when the norm is 2 - which, coming from someone who has administered and reviewed client assessments is still overly long. Overall terrible service and tons of miscommunication. If you're looking for ADHD testing, I recommend you look somewhere else.
