Went 3 times in 3 days and left with nothing. They wait til it’s all bad to give you something and doesn’t even give you the right thing for it. Don’t waste your time and go to your primary.

Showed up at 1:15 for urgent care was told an hour wait and said that totally fine sat down and waited after over an hour everyone that was there before me was gone and replaced with new people even people got called in before me multiple times that had just shown up. Ended up going up to the front desk to see where we were at in line and the lady was very rude with an attitude saying there is an hour and a half wait which we understood but we had been only told max of an hour when I arrived. Told two people ahead of me said okay 4 people ended up going before me waited 2 hours before being called back. And then ended up being in the back for another hour before leaving. Never in my life have I had to wait that long for seeing a doctor for 10 minutes

Amy Jo Sorensen has terrible “bed side manners.” And is very rude.My X-ray stated there was a possible fracture of the rib but the radiologist had “inconclusive results”. Not able to confirm if it was broke and they would not do two X-rays on the same day. She satiated my rib was out of place before the x-ray.. however refused to help with pain management after I was at the ER a week ago and have had no improvement.Her decision was to make a “personal opinion” that it was a pulled muscle behind my heart. Her decision making was very poor and could be an error/liability decision. :she said radiation from a ct scan wouldn’t be beneficial but I couldn’t get pain relief without the scan. So I was left with no options. Said there was no time left in the day.She also wouldn’t let me describe my symptoms and kept interrupting me. When i tried to say how I was feeling she continued to cut me off and said “let me talk” .. I feel bad for any patient that has to see her in urgent care. Be warned with this dr. and poor decision making dr. What a shame she was to work with.I did ask for a nurse to be with me as a second set of eyes and ears and she literally stood up and said I quit. “Now you can sit around and wait longer for someone else.”I feel discuss working with her. She should not be working with Patients that need help. Hopefully YOU never have to work with this terrible person and (so called) dr.

They closed (re assigned) their 2nd UC during covid and never opened it again - I'm am told they wont. Break my heart.Dr Griffin and the nurses, staff were super!!! BUT, its like being in the cities, crowded and busy.But nice that covid tester stay in cars til appt. Thanks!Mankato Clinic dont go backwards.....you had gotten so good!

One of the worst visits I've ever had to deal with, doctor talks back and gets mad when you don't believe what he has to say, the reception staff talk behind the counter about what your issue is and like to chuckle, very unprofessional place...

I had a very good experience there yesterday. I went in for a strep test. They were very effecient and very friendly. Masks are worn, and everyone is socially distanced, including the seating area. I didn't wait long at all, at any point.

I would never send anyone here. My daughter went there because she was feeling horrible and she needed to see a doctor. She was in and out of there in 10 min they did a throat culture and a covid test and sent her on her way with no answers and no relief. She has not been able to eat in days and can hardly drink either. I guess fluids are not important and influenza does not exist now it’s only covid? She’s currently burning up with a fever and her tonsils are so swollen and inflamed. The so called “urgent care” is of no care at all clearly as she was there a few hours ago and they did absolutely nothing. Don’t waste your money or your time it is an absolute joke. I’m sure my dog gets better care at the vet than people get here.

Came in for a dressing change had to take pain killers before I come in so the pain is not so bad. I have been waiting so long the pain killers wore off and now I'm just tired. Never coming here again. Maybe y'all should do your job and help your patients instead of standing around talking and laughing. This is B.S.

Dr. Griffen, was very professional in giving me the care I needed I felt comfortable and appreciated his care I felt like he was very knowledgeable and concerned for my situation good doctors are hard to find I recommend this doctor to anyone thank you!! 😊

Sat in the room for 50 minutes before the doctor finally saw me. Doctor seemed very rude, didnt seem concerned about my symptoms, only examined me for a total of 20 seconds before just dismissing me.
