Dr. Bowen is fantastic. She cares about her patients and her staff both. She is compassionate and takes time. She treated both myself and my wife during this difficult pandemic with perfect outcomes. When I hit a little snag in my recovery, she and her staff were right there the same day to make sure it didn’t become a problem. She made my wife and I feel like we were cared for the way she would one of her own family. She does not rush things and makes sure your questions are answered.

As a 64 year old female, I’ve seen many physicians in my time, and Dr. Bowen is by far the BEST. I went to her for a second opinion and she became my surgeon. She was incredibly compassionate and empathetic saying, “We will take great care of you!’. And you know, she was absolutely correct right down to her calling me at home after hours. Who even does that now a days? Plus, no question went unanswered and every question was treated respectfully. Her skill as a surgeon was remarkable, and for women’s issues, she knew just the right places to make her incisions so that they’d blend in well with the surrounding skin. So, Dr. Bowen has earned an A+ From this retired teacher for her compassion, kindness, knowledge and skill as a surgeon. Let’s not forget her amazing team that made everything work so slick that I hardly felt like a patient at all! You can’t go wrong with this expert team on your side.

Dr. Bowen’s skill as a physician both as a compassionate person towards me, a nervous patient, and as a surgeon are unsurpassed. Nobody could have alleviated my fears so well. What other surgeon would have thought out exactly where to make incisions so that they blend in nicely and will eventually go unnoticed? Answered questions ,explained surgical procedure in detail. Surgery went well, staff exceptional at north memorial maple Grove, I felt well cared for from check in to same day discharge. Great experience. Luv Dr. Bowen. Highly recommended.

Excellent Doctor ! She discovered a potentially life threatening medical condition elsewhere in my body when she was removing my gall bladder.That condition is now being addressed.
