I was experiencing symptoms that reminded me of my previous cancer journey. I was a new patient to Dr. McDonald. He examined me very thoroughly, knowing I was nervous about a possible reoccurance. He was very respectful about my nervousness. I feel very comfortable switching over to him as my primary ENT.

He was very professional and kind. He took the time to explain things, did a thorough exam, and explained next steps. I was given non-invasive options along with a surgical option. There was no pressure to proceed with surgery, which is good. Overall, it was a positive first experience seeing him and the clinic.

Great doctor. Very kind and to the point. Excellent care and great staff. Saw him on Monday and had surgery on Friday. Follow up the next week. Everything went as to be expected. Highly recommend.
