Dr. Tortorelis has the most empathy of any doctor I have met in my 90 years. He through, patient, and preserves each patients Dignity. He has treated more than one of my conditions. I highly recommend him to my friends and relatives. He is my friend and confident. I trust him to care for my wife.

He is more interested in entertaining staff than he is in making the patient comfortable in the treatment. Nice man in the early stages but became more and more uncaring. He was very late for appointments and permitted staff unprofessional interactions with patient. The overall plan of treatment was poorly communicated. He didn't follow up in person after surgery. Neither he nor his office returned calls about severe post surgery pain. It took months to recover and my condition wasn't improved!

Dr. Tortorelis was able to squeeze me in for an appointment after I received an elevated PSA report from recent lab work. His good humor from the beginning of my appointment helped me relax and calm my nerves. He was very thorough, informative and we developed a plan to deal with my issue. The front desk staff was very friendly, and I was seen right on time. The nurse did an ultrasound and did an excellent job of explaining the procedure and what the doctor was looking for. Finally, the scheduling staff was very accommodating to my schedule in setting up follow up appointments. I highly recommend Dr. Tortorelis and the entire staff at Minnesota Urology.

Dr. Tortorelis has been my doc about six years, originally for Low T and fertility. He is an excellent urologist and urologic surgeon. He has great bedside manner and expertise. I recommended him to my older brother and we have both seen him about six or seven years now. We are both happy with the outcomes. If you are looking for a great urologist, or urologic surgeon, struggling with Low T, and other urologic issues, look no further: Doc Tortorelis takes care of my family and you can trust him with yours.

Dr, Tortorelis is a very very caring man and the staff are amazing at the clinic. All my questions are answered and I'm not concerned about my upcoming major surgery at all. I'm in very good hands.
