I am writing this review to warn others about my devastating experience with Ultherapy at Ideal Image. A few months ago, I underwent an Ultherapy treatment on my face and neck. I was very hopeful and excited to try something non-invasive. During the procedure, while the technician was working on the left side of my neck, I felt a distinct "pop/flicker." Almost immediately afterward, I began experiencing severe facial pressure, swelling, and persistent ear ringing on the left side of my face. The pain was agonizing and has not subsided since. I contacted the clinic to report the incident, hoping for support, a refund, or some form of accountability. Unfortunately, they were dismissive, refused a refund, and offered no meaningful assistance. I reached out multiple times, desperate for answers or help, but the clinic became increasingly unresponsive and eventually stopped communicating with me altogether. It has now been over three months, and I am still suffering from intense pain, pressure, and ear ringing that severely impacts my quality of life. I cannot sleep without medication, and the symptoms have forced me to seek care from multiple doctors, including a neurologist, as I try to understand what went wrong and how to treat it. I am left with no answers, no support from Ideal Image, and ongoing suffering that has turned my life upside down. I strongly urge others to think twice before undergoing Ultherapy or any services at this clinic. The lack of care, accountability, and follow-up from Ideal Image has been appalling, and I would not wish this experience on anyone. Please proceed with caution to avoid the pain, suffering and frustration I am enduring.

I’ve been going to Idea Image for laser hair removal, and Lejla has been absolutely amazing. She is professional, attentive, and makes the whole process so comfortable. Her technique is excellent, and I’ve noticed great results. I truly appreciate her care and dedication — highly recommend her!

I would never recommend to Ideal Image in Maple Grove. They had me do a Zoom visit so they could look at the area I wanted done. All I wanted was a lip flip. They told me they couldn't do just a lip flip for the $9 per unit they were running. So the scheduler told me what it would cost to have 2 other areas done & told me I needed to pre-pay for the service in full, which I did. I confirmed with her twice of the areas I was getting done & paid for. When I got to my appt., I was told a much higher price. I went as high as talking with the manager about what I was quoted over the zoom as opposed to the in person visit quote. She said she'd pull the zoom call & make sure they made everything right. She told me I'll never want to go anywhere else. I was also told some other very fishy things at the appt. It was not a pleasant visit at all. The injector was very unprofessional & couldn't answer simple questions. I never heard back from anyone. I would never recommend this place. Very dishonest!

I used Ultherapy with Olivia. She was very professional and gentle. We had nice conversations during the procedures, yet she was not too talkative. She informed me about what to expect and answered all my questions. Although it takes longer for full results, I saw improvement within a week. I definitely plan to return.
