It’s been a terrible experience. I got a bad filler that for medical reasons had to be dissolved and even though I have been through several medications lotions and dermatologist you guys refused to refund me my money.I have called many many times and no one is ever able to help me. If I have to go through a lawyer to get my money back I will just because is a matter of principal.

All the staff at the office are wonderful very professional and kind. RN Ari is absolutely amazing. Her work is so thorough fast and efficient. She makes you feel so comfortable and walks you through what she is going to do. Not to mention the results are incredible Great team at Maple Grove

Nicky was great and answered all of my questions that I had through the whole process of deciding what I was going to do. However I am very disappointed in the fact of how inconvenient and difficult the scheduling is. I was unable to get scheduled anywhere to do all the areas I signed up for at the same time. I had my first appointment scheduled for tonight which the location has now cancelled and the first appointment for the other areas was not scheduled until December 9th. Now they have rescheduled all the areas for 2 separate appointments on December 9th not very customer friendly for those of us with kids who have to find babysitters as I have to go in the morning and then come back again that evening. Just very disappointing that right from the start its nearly impossible to get an appointment scheduled considering the amount of money being spent to pay for this. So far not a good experience at all and I have not even started the treatments not to mention waiting a month to have the first treatment that is if they dont cancel those appointments too and getting to start making payments on the treatments before Ive even received any. Overall very disappointed so far.

The fee to join is high and you discount on fillers and hair removal are outrageous. I see no discount you have to buy a package that cost in the thousands.

The RN who did my laser touch up was great. I was promised when I began my laser hair removal that it would help remove the unwanted hair. It didn’t and I feel like I have more unwanted hair on my chin. You don’t stand behind your satisfaction guarantee. “It is probably hormonal maybe you have some redness in the hair etc. Big promises to get the sale and then fall short
