I have had several procedures with Ispine. I have seen several of the PA's they are so eager to get out of the room. The PA came in the room and stated " You have had narcotics filled every month for 4months. I stated that was true, but I have horrible chronic pain from RA. She said I can only give you Suboxone. You are addicted to pain medications, and I am not going to contribute to that. I had a procedure done were they burned the nerves in my neck. They do one side at a time. The first time in recovery I was crying in pain. The nurse (Manda) told me here is an ice pack and you can get dressed. I was crying in pain, and she was not compassionate at all, just eager to get me out of there. She seemed completely overwhelmed. My second procedure was a much better experience. My nurse, I cannot remember her name. just that I remember it was like Captain. She was amazing. Treated my pain and was so compassionate. I never felt rushed out and even though I was in pain she treated me with humor. She never even looked at me like a drug seeker when I asked for a pain prescription to take home. My husband and I talked about it all the way home. They need a lot more caring and compassionate staff like that!

To start off the service was poor in the start. Communication is very poor there. Plus wait time is very very poor. First time there and they were 45 minutes behind schedule. Then the medical team was full of himself. Medical records information about the patient was not given. Most of the staff had a attuned that sucked big time. I would never go back to this place! If I could give zero star I would have

The care when you’re there is excellent, the main problem is if you ever have a concern or issue or just need to reach them it’s damn near impossible unless you plan to leave a voicemail and wait a day or two…that’s hoping you don’t miss their call back too. It’s a bit ridiculous.

While they helped with my pain I have been trying to get in for 3 weeks to have an assessment done because my cortisone shots wore off. I can’t even get an appointment! Off to find yet another provider because ya all don’t answer your phones, I can get a nurse to call back but will not schedule.
