I recently had a total knee replacement with Dr. Bircher in March of 2023. He explained everything clearly and answered all my questions. He was unhurried and gave his undivided attention. He was also very accommodating to not only myself, but to my family. Dr. Bircher is clearly a skilled surgeon who cares about his patients.

Didn't seem to get what I was expecting. Lots of pain and swelling still 2 weeks out. I truly don't believe it was the doctor care . He probably is good at what he understands as best practice. More so the present doctor direction in general trade practice for older adults. Very disappointed. I will not ever be back. Being I do rescue work on the side. I can guarantee I won't be recommending TCO.

This was the most efficient doctor appointment I have ever had. I got registered right away, I got called in before I even sat down, the nurse was very thorough , the x-ray technician came in right away, I got back to the exam and the Dr came in right away, he had my x-rays and was very thorough, and before I got to my car I received a text my prescription was ready. Dr Bircher was great. TC Orthopedic is great.
