List of Ketan Patel's Reviews
Dr. Patel is a doctor in a teaching clinic who oversaw my treatment by Dr. Anderson. Both physicians were clear in their communications, informing me of biopsy plans and potential future options. My anxiety was greatly relieved in talking with them.
Your employee Ms. Sara Elizabeth likes to bully people about the tartar on their teeth. Do better as a dental professional.
Dr. Patel is an amazing doctor. He removed several teeth, a potion of gums and an aggressive tumor my 16 year old had growing in his mouth. He’s an expert at what he does. He really knows his stuff. On top of that he is very friendly. He takes the time to explain everything and time to answer questions. I would recommend him to anyone!!!
Dr. Patel is the BEST! He is truly an expert in his field. On top of that he is very nice and seems to truly care about his patients. He did a great job with removal of a tumor and reconstruction of gums.
Do not ever come here had a appoint for 1 but I finally got to come in at 2:30 their prices are outrageous and more expensive than others customer service is horrible never coming here again only came because it was urgent I would rate this 0 stars if I could!
I've been here about a handful of times. The first time I had no insurance but they were able to work out a way to help me get the care I needed. I had a broken tooth and desperately needed a root canal and I had never had a good experience with dentists until I came here. The staff and drs are friendly and know their patients well. What I like the most is they constantly ask if you're comfortable and make sure you're not experiencing any discomfort. Also they're a small business and not just after your money. They won't do anything unnecessary. Definitely recommend:)
My surgery did not go well. i was told two things. It would be uncomfortable for "a couple of days" to chew, and the doctor would "call with the results" of the biopsy. The first turned out to be untrue. It was difficult eat for more than a week. i called to ask about complications and talk to the good doctor. He was "not available" and never returned my call. i called two more times with no success and finally ended up in urgent care. The results came into MyChart but i am not sure what they mean, so i'm going to have to see another doctor.
Extremely accommodating! He has gone above and beyond to explain the procedure of how it will be done and what to expect before, during and after. He is so calming and has taken time to answer our questions and concerns. We know that we are in good hands!
Rude and doesn't communicate with you.acts as if he doesn't care that you are even there. I will never give this dentist my business again.Im so glad I found another dentist was was more compassionate and communicative.if I could give zero stars I would have. I don't know about these other reviews cause this dentist sure didn't act this nice with me!
Was referred to oral surgeon by my dentist to have an extraction as part of a whole treatment program. Dr Patel was approved under my Metlife insurance so I set appointment with Dr Patel only to find out at arrival that I had to first see the dentist and the hygienist at Aspen Dental. I had a cleaning and exam just one month prior at my own dentist’s office. Short answer here is that you must be an Aspen patient in order to get to Dr Patel. Don’t waste your time if you’re looking for oral surgeon only. Will contact MetLife and let them know that this caveat exists.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
