Dr. Laurie Goldenberg was just not the right fit for our family. The good: Thorough explanation of possible operation options and risks. The bad: After a consultation for my 25 year old young adult on wisdom teeth removal, we were taken back by her abrasiveness and lack of patient boundaries (that extended past the scope of what could have been within her care). Granddaughter treated by Dr Goldenberg. 2 weeks after surgery. Granddaughter developed swelling and pain in her jaw late Friday night, Saturday morning Daughter began calling Dr. Goldenberg's on-call number at 7 AM. . 8+ calls were made throughout day and I called 3 times. No response. 11 PM now. No response. Granddaughter continues in pain. Will have to go to Emergency Room for care. I am a dentist (out of state) and do not feel that Dr. Goldenberg or her on-call associate met the Standard of Care.
