I have been seeing Nathan Hockert- PA for a couple of years to get help with anxiety and sleeplessness due to several factors. I am now doing much better and have been able to reduce my anxiety medication. Earlier I also met with a second Nystrom staff, and who was also very respectful and helpful. ____I submitted the above review six months ago. I had a follow up appointment with Nathan Hockert this week and was equally pleased with his service. He listens respectfully, and helps guide my decision making process.

Ridiculous corporate practice designed to maximize profit and minimize responsibility. Don’t come here looking for help, and don’t expect them to even give you your own records on your way out. Terrible response times and insane policies:

Raymond Stafford is the bestest of best. His manner of guiding me , I have no words to describe. And oh gosh he is so caring and understanding and very patient. I had planned to take, a month off from therapy; however, I noted lately, a huge positive change in me, so I decided against taking some time off. I am seeing a lot of difference, in how I feel. I know I have a long way to go , and it will be a bumpy ride still. However, I have a lot of faith in Raymond . He truly is talented and great in what he does. He deserves an award !! I nominate him.

I've been going to Nystroms & Associates for about 3 months and the people that work there are so nice and helpful, from the people that answer your calls to the people in the office. My counselor has been very helpful and is guiding me in having a new direction in my life. I recommend Nystroms for anyone struggling with difficult challenges in their life.

Avoid this place but specifically Nathen Hockert. This man does not know how to talk to people struggling with depression and anxiety. His look of judgment when explaining the issues are unacceptable. But worse then that is the lack help he offers he will tell you to seek help else where and then tells you to come back to him after you have dealt with your problems on your own. Such laziness and lack of compassion is disgusting. He has no right to be in the role he is. Avoid him and Nystrom and Associates he is doing far more damage to this community then good.
