Have 840 am appt on Sunday 👍🏻 Yes Sunday I specifically asked them your open on Sunday yes we’ll get here 20 min early locked up call there after hrs pepole twice and asked what’s going on she said on her side it shows it’s to be open 72 Sunday doesn’t know why there not here now I’m over it I’m going to work Monday then I’ll call them to reschedule

A Very professional and efficient staff. Everyone was kind and patient and friendly. They took time to answer all my questions and they were very polite and caring. The experience here was way less stressful than I had pictured it to be I was happy

I had a great experience at the Maple Grove CDI. The staff was efficient competent and kind. Dr. Gilbert performed my procedure and he kept me informed throughout. Hes very friendly and skilled.

Ive had many MRIs at CDI including ones for my braineye orbits I have an optic nerve sheath meningioma on my left optic nerve back neck and knees the last three due to a drunk driver and another bad driver. Im very thankful we have such wonderful experts in medical imaging so close to our home. Through every experience the scheduler front office staff and techs have been friendly professional and knowledgeable. I have always been able to get in for an appointment within a week of calling them often within a few days. I have never waited for more than 1015 minutes before being taken to the room by the tech. The techs have always created a comfortable atmosphere and made the time for each MRI go faster than expected. They tell you how long each section of the scan will last check in on how youre doing from time to time and make sure theyre playing music you like and at the right volume having headphones and music is a MUST...I had a miserable experience elsewhere without them. There is a reason they have been recommended by every doctor and chiropractor Ive seen. On this particular visit last Saturday April was in the front office and Teresa was the tech. Both were wonderful in every way greeting me with smiles and genuine concern about the back pain I had been experiencing for the last two months. Teresa ensured I was comfortable and explained everything in detail. She was easy to talk with and was incredibly knowledgeable. I am used to getting MRIs and am not claustrophobic but for people who are having someone who makes you feel at home makes the process much easier.Thank you to all the staff at CDI in Maple Grove who have helped me over the years though Teresa and April were especially stellar

Have been getting injections there for several years. Have been to most of their locations. Never had a bad experience. Dr. Cooperman is the best.

There’s no question that the staff was nice. My issue is that they would not release the results of my MRI when I asked. They told me that my doctor would have to read through them first with me. I explained to them that I was following up with my doctor but I wanted the report as it helps me prepare questions for my appointment. I have done extensive doctoring at the Mayo clinic and they have no issue with releasing both MRI CT XRay images and written reports within hours after they are taken and before my follow up appointment with the requesting physician. It is my right to have the report. They told me that I could call several days later and maybe they could give it to me. I have been calling repeatedly and the phone keeps hanging up. Now there is a message that says that I am calling after hours. I called just after 400 PM and they indicate that they are open until 1030 PM. I was just taken aback by the refusal to provide my written information. Granted they may be having technical phone issues today but again my point is I have a right to my report and they would not give it to me when I asked.

MRI went fine here however my injection was another story. I was told they couldn’t continue my injection due to me almost passing out. I learned the area was never numb before the even went in. Enough time and effort wasn’t put into this procedure. The radiologist tech by far was the worst I ever experienced. I was lied to and she just sent me on my way. If someone’s blood pressure drops and almost passEs out wouldn’t care a little more. Defiantly never going here again. My experience in Blaine was far better.
