Normally taken surveys are a pain, but when you get the service and care that deserves it, it becomes a pleasure. This is why I am writing a few words of Joy and a personal Thanks to Dr. Hess and his staff. Dr. Hess came highly recommended by a close friend that used wis services some months ago. I had names of other doctors with good credentials, but after hearing the facts I needed to try Dr. Hess. Right from the scheduling appointment to the final release from the Operation It was a great experience. I was treated as an adult patient. I was giving the information I needed and what the result would be and why the treatment was necessary. Dr. Hess works with the newest of procedures and equipment. I was informed of what and when the timing would take place and in fact the whole procedure was on time with not one error. The staff that works with Dr. Hess are the most knowledagble, and friendly you could ask for. I am very Happy I chose Dr. Hess, and TCO.

Went in to get my knee problem figured out to get surgery and he was kind and very knowlegable of the situation. He made sure I knew how the proceeder was going to be done and what the recovery process would be like. I would recommend him to anyone with a medical problem.
