I trust her completely and am so grateful that she's my doctor. She explained everything I needed and wanted to know for my procedure and made me feel at ease. After our first meeting on Monday, I had already felt like she'd been my doctor for a long time. Even her nurses are wonderful. Thank you, Dr. Jensen and Mrs. Ortiz.

I can't believe I didn't write this sooner, but just had a friend ask for a recommendation for an OB and realized I should put it on here as well! Dr Jensen is seriously an angel- and I don't say that lightly! She was my doctor throughout my second pregnancy, as well as a very scary cervical cancer scare, and I honestly can't imagine having gotten through either without her.I was high-risk going into my pregnancy, having had a very dangerous experience with my first child's birth, but Dr. Jensen made every effort throughout the entire pregnancy to assure me that she would not let what happened with my firstborn happen with my second child. And she didn't! I felt listened to and understood during every single appointment, she was constantly a wealth of knowledge, she handled every pregnancy complaint with the understanding of a woman who has been through it, and when it came time for delivery- she was an absolute rockstar. Her postnatal care was equally amazing, with both my physical and mental well-being being a top priority to her. When we received the news of my potentially cancerous pap, she jumped into action and made sure I was in the best of hands, checking on me often and helping me through my surgeries. I honestly could go on and on about her, but will stop my novel here and say that I HIGHLY recommend her for your regular gyn care as well as OB. She almost (almost!) makes me want to have another! ;)

No bedside manner. Nurse was cold. Rude, rushed, not helpful at all. The worst experience I've ever had with a doctor. The only highlight was the receptionist.

Had a great experience with Dr. Jensen. I'm new to the area and have been looking for a doctor for regular well-woman care, who is also supportive of midwifery care, and whose wait times do NOT average several hours (which is what I dealt with in NYC). I wasn't sure exactly what I'd get with Dr. Jensen, but she and her office was everything I had hoped for, and more. She is definitely straightforward, no BS, but has such a calm, kind demeanor that I immediately felt comfortable - and she is totally supportive of my desire to transfer care to the UCLA midwives for my next pregnancy. Having read some of the reviews written here, I was concerned about the wait time in her office, but even as a new patient I was seen within a few minutes. Highly recommended!

Very knowledgeable, informative, efficient, courteous. One of the best doctors in the area. Too bad Story Co. Medical Clinic wasn't smart enough to keep her.

Not my idea of compassionate, informative, patient-centered, pain and stress-easing care.

She spent three minutes and i received a bill of 848$ bill out of which 350$ was doctor's consultation fee and 400$ for some lab service which i never got a report of. Very disappointed.
