Tom is knowledgeable, communicative, and professional. He exhibits a vested interest in my health, is supportive, engaged, always positive, and present. He knows his stuff and if I ask something he can’t confidently answer, he will find the answer. I absolutely trust him, which, for me, is imperative on this very difficult journey rehabbing post-op. I made the mistake of trying OT/PT elsewhere, at a place more geographically convenient. So pleased to be back at ispine. Tom and Sarah are the best I’ve ever had, with an organization that values quality over quantity. Their patients are much more than just a number. Cannot be more pleased.
