Absolutely wonderful place. Very professional and very nice. Not rushed at all, but took their time, explained everything. You can tell the employees enjoy working there. it shows!!! I wont go anywhere else!!!

It is a very pleasant place from the moment you arrive, the nurse who treated me, the anesthesiologist and the doctor, all the staff are very friendly and professional, they really make your nerves go away... thank you very much for your attention.

I have had 5 colonoscopy's due to crohns disease and had such a good experience (as best as one can given the circumstances) that the staff deserve to be recognized for their kindness, promptness, and professionalism. I live an hour away but will choose to make the extra trip if I need further diagnositics. Thank You Kennedy, Angela, and Dr. Hunninghake

This was my 5th colonoscopy and the 1st to receive a 1 star rating. The star is for the staff at MNGI. Dr. Shiela Bharmal and the Quality & Risk Management Advisor get zero. Prior to the procedure on 7/23/21, I had never endured any pain or discomfort following a colonoscopy. Following the colonoscopy performed by Dr. Bharmal, I was unable to turn over or sit up without help while in the recovery room. The ride home was just as painful and the following 24 hours were spent in bed. Each day improved until the 4th day when I was finally free of any pain. MNGI's response to my complaint was "Unfortunately, abdominal pain is a known complication following a colonoscopy". Hmmm - it's never been known to me personally until now. Will not return to MNGI - ever again.

I had a colonoscopy and an upper endoscopy. This was my first time ever being sedated of any kind. From the moment I walked through the doors to check in with the sweet woman at the front desk, to all of the nurses, anesthesiologist and doctor it was a very pleasing first experience for a 25 year old! Professional and sweet people! They made sure my mind was at ease. 10/10 recommended!

Just had my colonoscopy exam few hours ago. All of the staff were very professional especially nurse Stacy B. We need more nurses/people like her. Thank you for making me feel at ease throughout the whole procedure.

Everyone from the clinic assistants at check in and nurses while getting me ready for my procedure and nurses in the procedure and anestheia nurse were nothing short of amazing! So nice and friendly. Dr. Stoltenberg is so nice and caring. Great crew!!!

Me and my wife went there they would not let me come with my wife to talk to the doctor because of covid. My wife and I our a team we do things together especially when it comes to our health.They are more worried about the help and not about their patients. I would never go there again!!!
