Unless you are well-off and have a ton of time on your hands, I do not recommend this place. My PA was okay, only had 1 appointment with him. I did feel he exaggerated some of what I shared. They never refilled my prescription, insisted it was mines or CVS fault so they made me feel like a nuance when I called them 3x (40 min wait each time) to tell them CVS still doesn’t have my prescription. Fairview helped me fill immediately and their staff was so much more empathetic and helpful than Nystrom. I missed one appt. had an emergency and they charged me a $140 no show fee which is insane. If you want to do a no-show fee or install some type of penalty, fine. It shouldn’t be no more than $50. Applying an outrageous fee is inequitable and just shows finance as their #1 priority. I know our healthcare system is beyond unfair but be apart of the solution, not the problem.
