My appointment was very positive. The only issue was the original appointment. It was set up fast and information could not be sent. We had to call to get information, no one called with information. The appointment was very good. Everything was explained as we progressed. Dr Gaertner was very good and has the best doctor-patient bed side manor I have experienced. He explained everything as he progressed and kept me very comfortable throughout the procedure. Thank you

Dr.Gaertner was recommended to me by 2 friends who were his patients. They raved about him as I do after one 40 minute patient visit. Recognized as one of very best in his field, what most impressed me was his genuine concern and listening to exactly what my condition involved. He had a plan, reasons behind it, and communicated it to me in way that had me walking out of office confident that I was with the best.

I found Dr Gaertner prepared and knowledgeable when we met. I saw him to get a second opinion. He was thoroughly familiar with my case when we met. I found him skilled in communicating the pros and cons of the various treatment options available to me. His explanation seem to anticipate a number of my questions before I could spell them out. I found that helpful. He listened attentively and invited dialogue. Consequently, I felt I could ask any questions that I had.
