Chose this place to get a drug test done for a job. Company told me to come with an emailed barcode and just take the test. Only to have this clinic tell me I have to provide my own test. Not only confused me but my company, which lead to phone calls to corporate people in New Jersey making us all scratch our heads. Long story short my company sets me up with the wilmar clinic and what do you know? All I had to do was have them scan the code and take my test. Don’t waste your time or valuable 5 dollar a gallon gas on this third world clinic.

Its a ghost town, but they act so busy meanwhile you wait an hour and a half before you see your Dr, on a scheduled appointment!

Terrible experience in the ER yesterday. Rude nurse who told me “shame on you” for not knowing something was wrong with me and coming in sooner. Also scolded me about different things. Never felt so unwelcome & uncomfortable in my life. Also had a terrible doctor who seemed to not believe me as some of the symptoms weren’t showing at that moment. He questioned what I was saying the entire time and was extremely rude. Won’t be coming back to this hospital. Don’t recommend!

I have been to Melrose CentraCare for 30 years, I really enjoyed the clinic until a few of the staff decided to start being rude and putting the blame on me! Make CentraCare Melrose great again!
