Looks like they do not value being on time. Initially scheduled for a 130pm check in. The day before they called to push me to 145pm. So going in I assumed that they were precise with appointment times if I was moved by 15 mins. Like a good patient I showed up early.. it is 300pm now and I have not been called in. If this were earlier in the year I would have walked out...I needed to get in before deductible reset. I will never come back. Could care less that they are running late.

They dont want you as a patient. Kept on terminal hold 3 times and finally gave up. Holly cow what a horrible organization. Hire appointment setters or allow us to make appointments online or shut your doors. WOW just WOW.

Tried to set an appointment 3 times and gave up after being put on terminal hold. They clearly dont want to hire people to assist patients to set an appointment. Too cheap I guess but then what does it cost to lose a patient. Never will use this company.

Have no idea how to treat people of color. I can read this isnt slavery. To be treated in the condescending mannerism that I am currently being treated in is RIDICULOUS. This is one of the reasons disparities still lay reason communities because of how we are treated in medical facilities and office. Do better.

I have had three MRIs at this CDI location. All of my experiences there were surprisingly pleasant. It is a quiet and easygoing place to receive Medical Imaging services.

Total lack of reading material.A girly waiting room. 2 sport magazine. 2 people magazine. 1 good housekeeping.Need to have a variety. Must be to lazy to sign up for FREE magazine subscriptions.Decent coffee.Had 315 appointment. Still at it 445.Used St. Paul Radiology Oakdale in the past much more efficient. They it done now.Never again. ....CDI
