I am resident of an apartment program in St. Paul. Nice to have staff onsite to assist with me when needed. There's an office there where I can reach people and discuss my day to day struggles which is helpful. Nice to have someone to talk too. My first apartment on my own, like the place.

I've received services from RTI for over a year and couldn't be more happy. They have been attentive to my needs and have put me first. Staff changes can be hard at times but they are expected with direct care workers in their 20's. They do a good job transitioning workers up to speed. I recommend.
