I came in expecting a typical terrible ER experience but I actually received the opposite. The lady who checked me in was incredibly nice & the woman who took my vitals was extremely caring and listened to all my concerns. I believe her name was Charday. After I was checked into a room, nurse John (I think that was his name) was also very caring and cornering about the issues I had. Then finally the doctor came, I believe her name was Taylor.. listened to the issues I had and quickly diagnosed and prescribed me medicine! One of the best ER experiences I’ve had. Also- a registration lady stopped by to talk to me about insurance and was EXTREMELY HELPFUL! wish I could remember her name!

Never again! They made me fill like a inconvenience. My blood pressure was 127/108 when EMT took me there. I was there over 3 hours they checked my BP twice and the whole time I was there I saw the Drs and nurse a total of ten minutes! I gave them two stars because they did run some tests.

I was in a car accident and ya'll didn't take my insurance information and just sent me a bill. The nurses themselves were fabulous, but the administration team goofed big time!

I went in around 2 am for possible seizure. I was treated like a drug addict by the first nurse. He made me feel like I was wasting time being there and made me feel like I was crazy. My symptoms associated with mini stroke. He told me that I wouldn’t have been able to remember have a seizure. I had mentioned that “ I know it sounds crazy but I don’t feel okay” he responded with “ nothing in the ER is crazy but what I’m saying is straight facts” I kept saying that my face, head felt numb and tingling.
