I had a consultation at the Minnesota Urology location in Robbinsdale due to recent symptoms that required a visit. I found the office personnel to be friendly and accommodating and the nurse very helpful with explanations and results. The discussion with the urologist was very informative and also allayed some fears that I had about my condition. I left with a plan to help alleviate my symptoms and a follow up visit to gauge my progress.

My Urologist Dr. Andrew Bergersen is very informative and takes his time to let me know all of my options. I think he is a wonderful Dr.

Highly recommend Dr Bergersen. My surgery went perfect with very very little uncomfortable after effects. He explained everything thoroughly and all of my many questions answered to a level I could understand. Dr Bergersen takes the time to make you comfortable before surgery and his talent/expertise takes over during surgery. Bottom line: Very satisfied.

Andrew is great...but the triage nurse at the Robbinsdale clinic is terrible. She never answers the phone, takes days to respond, and is hardly professional. Don't be surprised if it takes weeks to make an appointment if she has anything with it.

Dr Bergersen took the time to answer all of my questions. He didn’t rush through them trying to get out of the room. His answers were is to understand and didn’t talk down to me. I would refer him to my family and friends.
