My son was born here and the doctors and nurses there are amazing

I went there for my daughter who was sick and they made us wait over an hour+ with a crying child in the lobby. My daughter CLEARLY TOLD THEM she had a headache, A SORE THROAT, and a stomach ache. They were so quickly to want it to be COVID related that they disregard all her other symptoms.Despite the fact that my daughter was tested positive for COVID -They said all they wanted me to do was administer ibuprofen and Tylenol/Motrin. They sent me home and two days later my daughter had to come back because her throat had pus inside of it - she also had tonsillitis. They failed to check her throat hereby making me wait another 5-6 hours in the hospital for help.I work from home and I cannot believe the incompetence care we received. I would like to be followed up with this on because if not, I WILL be launching a lawsuit and an inquiry as to the medical staff working that day for negligence and improper care.

They misdiagnosed my 19 month old granddaughter. They didn't run any tests or did anything for days. They said she would wake up after a couple of days. If she would have gotten what they finally gave her after it was too late, she would of been here yet. She died in my daughter's arms. This was at children's hospital in minneapolis.
