Eyedeals was listed in-network, so I made an appointment. When I arrived, I was told the contact lens fitting would be $100, which was higher than I expected. I said I'd go to Target instead, and they said I'd be charged a $60 no-show fee then even though I was clearly there and this was information that had not been provided to me when I made the appointment. (I asked to talk to the optometrist about this and was told no, I couldn't.) I thought about just doing the eye exam and getting the contact fitting elsewhere, but Target said they wouldn't just do the fitting. So, I was essentially forced to get the whole thing done there due to the no-show fee even though I'd shown, and then I was told my insurance wouldn't cover their frames so I had to go elsewhere anyway. I had good experiences at Eyedeals years ago with the previous optometrist. I will not go back there again, though.

I love my unique frames. I went to a different place which gave me the wrong prescription, Kaitlin pinpointed the problem and got me the correct lenses! I am very grateful! I will only use eyedeals in the future! Excellent service.

I have seen Dr Peterson for a few years now for an annual eye exam. He is an exemplary provider. Extremely knowledgeable, a good listener, explains complicated matters clearly, and just an enjoyable person. His staff is also excellent. Highly recommended
