Was bumbed after waiting for an hour and being an hour late when the guy in front of me was given the apointment even after being an hour late... then administration yelled at me about not being happy about it...

Why this awful, arrogant doctor is running a pain clinic is beyond me. He is an anesthesiologist. I'm sure he's great at putting people to sleep, but you're just a number to this guy. No conversation, no how are you? Sat in silence for 25 minutes while he typed. Could care less about your pain or that his clinic is hard to get to and you're lucky if you find a wheelchair or the phone system works. No respect whatsoever to the disabled, intelligent person I was with that struggles like crazy to get down there. I would never treat a client how he treats patients. I'm astounded this cruel man is working with people who are in pain - elderly, disabled, hurting people. What about the ones who are alone and confused? There is no compassion at all. There's no excuse for this Hennepin Healthcare. This was once an outstanding clinic.

He is a horrible doctor. Orders mri that he didn't even look at results or review them with me. No personality at all. Would never recommend him to anyone EVER. Would not take my dying dog for him to treat
