Moss Optical has been my optician for many years. It is a family business and they are very knowledgable. They will fix your glasses for free if needed and their prices are reasonable. I used to work in downtown Mpls so it was a snap visiting them on the skyway. Now I work from home but it is still worth a trip in to see them (parking at Lasalle Plaza is free with a voucher they give you).

We were only visiting Minneapolis when we had a small vision issue with my minor child. I called Moss Optical and the staff was very understanding and helpful and they helped sort things out with us in no time. If I lived here, they'd be my primary optometrist!

I came from out of town and totally forgot to pack my contacts. I called Moss Optical to see if they had trial contacts and I even said I’d pay for them. They were so nice and said no need, they put a pair aside for me. All I had to do was show my prescription and DL and voila I could see again!!!! Thank you Moss Optical!

I was visiting Minneapolis from out of town. The first day I was here my glasses broke. I arrived at Moss Optical 30 minutes before closing time. The two women behind the counter were so very friendly and nice. They repaired my glasses And when they were finished, I asked them how much I owed them and they said nothing. They were actually going to let me walk out of there without paying anything! I gave them a cash tip for so patiently and sweetly helping me. While I was waiting, they also recommended several different eyeglass frames to me. Every pair they selected for me looked great so not only does Moss Optical have a store full of very stylish, good looking frames, but they also employ some of the nicest people I have ever met. Thank you, Moss Optical.

John, Jane and the rest of the staff at Moss they are the best. I had been going to a discount optician that claimed to be our Country's Best. My glasses from Moss have the best definition both near and far. Thanks again Dave Gustafson

Moss Optical is a chill place. Brenna and Gena, Kevin, John, and Dr. Legois are a family. They may not all be family in blood, yet they invite you to be at home. I have not met Jane, but I am sure she is a good soul. Moss is the place where I have bought a few glasses, changed prescriptions, and trust them to examine my eyes. Brenna was my first contact, a lovely person. Genna is like an eye-ware muse. She selected a wonderful pair of lens for me. I No matter the place, even in Prague, I receive a compliment on these frames. Trust me on this place, it is a place and space for everyday people.

Moss Optical is amazing. I have been a customer of theirs for years. Recently purchased a pair of Moscot glasses. Amazing look and fit. So amazing I bought a second pair (different frame). Their staff and ownership is fantastic. Location in the heart of downtown is easy and fun.
