Called to schedule dentist appointments for me and my kids and the lady that answered the phone was rude, talked so fast and when i asked her to confirm what she said, she had an attitude like "NO, i did not say that, i said this". She had an attitude, did not like that. Ya need to work on the customer service and stop talking so fast.

Hace un año, me extrajeron una muela,fui a ventanilla temprano y como ya iba con infección me atendieron de inmediato. Me dieron un servicio excelente , como no hablo inglés trajeron un traductor para interactuar con el cirujano. En realidad me hizo sentir confianza en su trabajo. Y lo mejor de todo no es caro, como nos hacen pensar y aún así tienen descuentos superiores para personas vulnerables.

Phone service was really horrible today. The person behind the phone was really rude. Talked so fast and didn't even give me a chance to talk. Put me on hold multiple times. But they have some of the best doctors and interpretor ever. The phone line need to do better.

My wife and I went to North Pointe looking for help to catch our rent up. The lady we were dealing with we could tell from the very beginning she was not trying to help us at all! She had every excuse imaginable as to why she would never return our calls or emails! From our encounters with this place if you are not from another country they don’t seem to be too thrilled to help you! They should really take a deep look into their employees to see if they really wanna do their job or are they there for just the paycheck!

After treatment piece of nitrile plastic had been left in my gum. My gums swallowes so much and I had a huge pain in all gums around. Have damde my other gums as well, they swallowed as well. Very poor service!

I came here for the first time last year, and Denise helped me file paperwork to apply for health insurance through the state. It was quick and efficient; I also got approved! The appointment was about 10 minutes (since I came prepared and had everything accessible), which was so nice compared to the hours it could take to do it on your own.

Siempre e querido hacer una cita dental por teléfono solo contestan el teléfono y me dicen que tengo que ir en persona de lunes a viernes y cuando boy no me atienden por qué no tengo cita y una vez fue bien grosera una señora dela ventanilla
