The dentists are helpful, though I wonder if they're even rushing the cleaning process because to be honest, it felt a little uncomfortable, but otherwise they did their job really well, not gonna lie.

Don't go here. This place is the worst place and the people are unprofessional. I talked to a manager and she said her name is Zahra. She lied to me for 3 days and she doesn't deserve to be a manager. I went to get a refill and was calling for 3 days and they kept telling me it would be ready tomorrow. I went in and it was not ready and I haven't received a refill. Most of the people that go here are older Somali Americans and this place is taking advantage of them.

I had an excellent experience with this clinic.They were all so friendly and respectful. A big shout out to the front desk secretary, to Ms.Hicks and her assistant. There personalities made it a pleasant experience.😇🫡

If you have an additional 3 hours to spare come here. Your appointment start time is just a time stamp and not when you’ll actually be seeing a provider. They are understaffed and will waste your time.

My experience was delightful and my needs were fulfilled. The front desk staff was kind, helpful and efficient. Special shout out to Dr. Hicks and the technician named Fidaa, they made me feel comfortable and were so knowledgeable. I will definitely be coming back for future appointments as well as recommending this clinic to others as well.

I'm very happy I chose to come to the People's Center. I'm usually very terrified of the dentist but Dr. Bile and his dental assistant were truly sweethearts. They help to relax you. I promise to keep up with going to the dentist regularly 😁😁😁😁😁❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

This is the best place to go, when nobody care to help me being on disability and without dental insurance: Everybody was kind, caring and extremely helpful. Dr. Hicks review my conditions and called me to have another visit after my first appointment, without insurance they helped me to apply for medical insurance and schedule my 2nd visit. My appointment went great, Dr. Hicks and MA.Kalen are an awesome team, they took care of an infected root canal and stopped it from getting worse. Now I have a plan to fix my teeth. People Center Clinic is a great place where they care about you and your health. Best experience ever, no pain and lots of care. Thank you to all of you: Dr, Hicks, MA Kalen, Barb, and Shawanda, such a blessing in my life.

I Cordero use to work for the People's Center I remember The time they violated a patient's hipaa policy , Sent another patient test results to another patient When finding this out , they called the patient that received the results and asked Him to immediately drop it off or send it in the mail. The Patient told me they thought that he was stupid like he did not know they violated hippa Because he was old later on.I was let go for trying to find my fiancé.Help for treatment and because I accessed her file.They said that I violated hippa policy and they fired me. Now here it is a month later my Fiance goes in and they give Her referral right, along with some more papers.Come to find out they gave her Another patient's information it included her Insurance information her address her phone Number and first and last name as bell when finding this Out because I called the patient to let them know And the patient called them.They tried to have the assistant manager who I considered to be a great person Call me and ask me to send the information in Or mail it Which This makes the second time that they have Violated the HIPPA policy, Seems to me that this is a double standard.Not only that, they even blocked my unemployment and said that I violated Hippa.Okay o k now here it is they have violated hippa TWICE. UNPROFESSIONAL!!

Luul is the best hygienist I have ever had! She was very compassionate, thoughtful, thorough, and most importantly gentle when she did measured my gums and cleaned my teeth, which I appreciated! I trust her with my care and she made my visit so fun and memorable, thank you, Luul! =)
