Was greeted very nicely. They really pay attention to mask on which is a good thing. Check in was easy with a computer pad. Room prep was 1st class with very little waiting. Alex was very thorough. Oksana came in, knew exactly what to do, made me feel comfortable despite me being nervous about hearing bad news. The procedure involved burning off a skin tag like mole under my eye. Pinnacle has wonderful dermatologists. Jessica was very friendly, competent and helpful. Oaksana, my provider, was very knowledgeable and was wonderful and skillful.

I saw Dr. Oksana Evans due to hives breaking out all over my body. I was able to get appointment for next day 9am and Dr. Oksana was amazing. Not only she understood what I was going through but she was thorough in her examination and prescribed the meds I needed. She also provided multiple literature to help me understand what could be happening to me. HIGHLY recommend her!

I truly give it the best, I'm a very spiritual woman but I want to say God lead me to these ladies and to me "She" will take care of you, now go! I was stunned. I love the feeling in the atmosphere when I arrived. I felt she believed in me and did not judge and say"Your Hallucinating" after my own hospital. And primary care did not care for me or just listen and try to test me for this. I went weeks like this and it affected my mental health badly. I love you all for caring for me and God will bless you all. Thank you so much for caring. I will send more loving ppl to you all🙏🙌💕🌹🎈🎈🎈🎈🎈🎈🎈🎈👑💪
