my elderly family member has been here for only a couple weeks due to breaking a hip. while under their care she has fallen multiple times out of the bed (it even beeps extremely loud when she falls but no one comes) and she’s gone who knows how long without any help from staff. she’s elderly, she’s not in her right mind, and staff isn’t treating her like a priority at all. when someone falls out of bed, a nurse or someone should be there INSTANTLY. not 5-10 minutes later. While visiting her we had the experience of her alarm going off for 14 minutes before a staff member even bothered to see if everything was okay. THATS HOW PEOPLE DIE !! I can’t even imagine the amount of people that have probably died in this hospital just due to negligence from staff. If i had the choice she wouldn’t be at this hospital. staff is a joke, the hospital is a joke.

Rude staff that cannot triage properly, and give people the run around when they need to pick up any important documentation. Don't go to this hospital unless you're actively bleeding out or have been shot.

Hoy llame a hcmc para hacer una cita dental. Yo soy bilingüe un representante en inglés me dijo que no tienen un departamento dental tuve que llamar otra ves pero con un intérprete por que no me sentí cómoda hablar en inglés.Así que me gustaría dar gracias públicamente a un interprete que se llama Rosmery fue muy linda conmigo y me ayudo fue muy respetuosa y se aseguro que me hicieran la cita para mi. Bendiciones very good interpreter good job 🙂👍🏻.
