I have never met a more caring and compassionate doctor. When he walks in the room I feel better just knowing he is there to help. I had my first surgery with him, a lumbar fusion, 16 years ago this May. It is still great. I have also had a neck fusion in 2016. My kids say I’m old and broken. My most recent surgery was during the pandemic and completely arranged over the phone. The first time I saw him was the morning of surgery. THAT’s how much I trust him! Such a good man.

My husband needed surgery to repair his back Dr. GARVEY WAS wonderful great bedside manner and my husband doesn't trust to many doctors but doctor Garvey is one of them

Several months ago I asked a friend and orthopedic surgeon who he would recommend for neck surgery. He said, "if you want the best, Dr. Tim Garvey". I found Dr. Garvey to be knowledgeable, with a great bedside manner, and he gave me multiple options for my care. Upon my return to Duluth, my primary physician asked who I saw. When I told him it was Dr. Garvey he responded, "You got the best".
