Assisting Hands's Online Review Report Card

Our experience with Assisting Hands has been great After the home care company that helped care for my 89 yo mother went out of business I shopped around quite a bit for help. Kaleb and Assisting Hands stood out from the rest of the companies I interviewed. Their caregivers and Kaleb have a truly caring attitude. In my experience their caregivers are well trained punctual very nice. Not every person has clicked with my mom and they are sensitive to the fact that there needs to be a good fit with the client and were flexible in finding a good personality match.Their cost seems fair less than some but yet they pay their caregivers better than other companies I found which instills loyalty and a stable work group. Kaleb has helped me out a couple of times in a jam finding last minute caregivers. We are now using them for another family member also.We have been very happy with the experience.

We are new to this homecare world..but since my mother is 93 and still recovering from a fall we are becoming experienced quickly. Just shortly before we had real need we discovered Assisting Hands. And now they have been the reason my mother can feel safe and cared for and still remain in her apt. I cant say enough good things about them so very flexible professional kind and caring. I had a chance to work with the owner Kaleb while presenting at the Assisted Hands Home Care convention this March. He was extremely knowledgeable on inhome care services demonstrated the attention to detail in order to have successful outcomes as well as showed the compassion necessary when providing inhome care for a patient.
