List of Four Season Eye Care's Reviews
Please see my comment on their Christmas post. It's clear that Four Seasons will not protect its patients from kidnapping, given the comments of its staff. If you value your safety, avoid this clinic at all costs.
Have had a terrible experience here. Asked for my contact prescription to be faxed to a clinic closer to my home, and they sent my glasses prescription. It was the weekend so I could not get what I needed until the following Monday. Additionally, when I finally obtained my contact prescription in person, they listed and finalized a brand that I had not confirmed, trapping me into a brand I didn’t want, and the only way to change it was to pay for an additional lease fitting appointment. This same day, I brought my glasses in to be adjusted since I was driving the hour to get here. The technician somehow managed to break my glasses, had no replacement parts, and told me I needed to come back in the next day or two to pick them up. So wildly inconvenient you can’t even begin to make this stuff up.
Good assortment of frames, been disappointed in my last two prescriptions from them. Might be my age, or just old eyes. ....
Went here for glasses and contacts! Doctor was thorough in explaining and I didn't feel rushed. Staff was kind with many frames to chose from. Good insurance coverage, will go again next year.
I got a new pair of bifocal prescription glasses from them. My vision was blurry, when wearing said glasses, and they made me a bit dizzy. When i told them this they rolled their eyes and tried to get rid of me as soon as possible. No digging into the issue at all.
Been wearing prescription eyewear since I was 12 years old. I am in my 70's now. This is the second exam and pair of prescription eyewear I have had from 4 Seasons Minnetonka. Very comprehensive eye exam. Eyewear was top notch. Staff is fanatisc.Even swapped out the nose pads to silicone nose pads for me. Very happy with the whole experience.
Closed on random days with no warning because the company has fewer doctors than locations. Use a different company.
Somehow the Minnetonka location s only open 2 days a week. What is the point of that?
I was able to get an appointment for a new patient the next day when everywhere else they were booked for weeks! The staff and doctor were very friendly, provided an enjoyable and informative visit. They were also a big help picking out my new frames! The prices are more expensive compared to vision works.
Great eye doctor and location. Eye exams are quick and easy. They even helped me correct the mistakes I made when ordering prescription glasses through an online site even though I didn't order through them. I really appreciate the help they gave in that situation.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
