Trying to write this review without the emotions but to be honest has been pretty difficult. Was really hoping I could provide a solid review on Dr. Forseth and Dr. Partens (nice guys) who did my shoulder and elbow surgery on the same day back in November 2021. They both told me I would recover within 3 months, back in the gym, playing guitar and back to normal. It is now almost one year later, 7 months of physical therapy and I am still in the same boat before surgeires. Cannot work out or play guitar without pain. I did everything the physical therapists at Summit orthopedic asked to the tee and had to keep coming back for more and more and more, basically did the same stuff I was doing at home. After the many rounds of physical therapy, I also tried dry needling and other techniques which were ineffective. Just more time wasted and more money spent for zero results. Insurance doesn’t pay for everything. I also did 6 months of physical therapy at Summit before surgeries
He is the most risk averse doctor i have ever seen in my life. I have a doctor as well. I am new to town. I was asking for an existing prescription with the same dose. he said he cannot prescribe the dose which is high. I had to pull up the guidelines from Alberta College of physicians and surgeons and showed it to him to prove him wrong, His face turned red and it was so visible he was sweating from embarrassment. I thought I am a doctor I can confront him in the wrong but this guy has a massive ego and if any patient challenges him, I know how he is going to treat the patient. Avoid him. He doesnt care about you, He cares about your money.
I was referred to Dr. Forseth after I tore my tricep in the beginning of 2019. I waited quite a few months before getting a diagnosis on it, in which my tricep completely atrophied during this time. By the end of the year, I had Dr. Forseth repair it. It has been well over 2 years since he has repaired it. My tricep is fully functional once again, and is full as it was before the injury. I would definitely recommend Dr. Forseth for any such diagnosis and needs.
He was amazing, he was very kind and patient. I had a bad experience at Summit orthopedic but it did not involve anything on his end. He did a wonderful job.
I've called 5 times in 4 hours trying to make an appointment, but no body picks up the phone....
My insurance company told me that I needed to contact my doctor directly because they had contacted the office so many times and still they didn’t receive my records. Even after I called them it took over a month for my insurance to get what they needed. This made my payments take double the time they should of. Obviously his priorities are outside his patients needs.
Excellent doctor. I would definitely recommend him.
What I thought was a muscle pain turned out to be early lymphoma. I am thankful I have such a thorough and caring doctor.
Incredibly nice, personable, professional. Never feel rushed, feels like he really does care. Excellent with referrals. I feel very lucky to have him as my doctor.
A nice patient professional good and utterly competent doctor. If you’re looking for a family physician, you need to see this guy. Native of Calgary. So glad he’s my doctor.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
